ART MYSTERY 2....... St. Sebastian by Andrew Mantegna

Saint Sebastian died circa 288.

The painting was made by Andrew Mantegna in (1456-1459).  The picture represent the death of St. sebastian. Its currently placed in Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna, Austria.
Now look at the upper right corner of the painting. There is a rider in the cloud  depicted as Saturn God. 

However the most interesting part is the right middle of the painting.
Who are they?????!!!!!!

Are they travelers or tourists and what they are doing in Circa 288 with travelling gears??
